Ossipee Aggregates’ (OA) primary site is located in Ossipee, NH on the busy Rte 16 corridor south of Conway and the White Mountains and 100 miles north of Boston. The site consists of 2400 acres of land with a quarry, sand and gravel pits and an aggregate production facility.

The aggregate operations include primary, secondary, and tertiary crushers; conveyance systems and various screening and washing decks. OA’s production capability enables production in excess of 1 million tons per year of various washed sand and stone products.

Ossipee Aggregate’s customer base is serviced locally by truck, generally within a radius of 50 miles from the production facility, and regionally by rail through terminals in Ossipee and Rochester, NH and Boston and Everett, MA. Ossipee sidetrack is serviced by company-owned short line railroad, New Hampshire Northcoast (NHN). NHN provides Ossipee direct access to Rochester terminal and supply yard and interchanges with the Pan Am Railways at Dover, NH for direct shipment of Ossipee products to BSG facility in Boston.

The Ossipee/Rochester terminal is located at 69 Northcoast Drive, accessible to busy Rte 16 corridor in the growing NH seacoast market 50 miles south of Ossipee. The facility is a 21 acre site used for rail car off-loading and product storage and distribution. Products sold from this facility are bulk aggregate and landscape materials. Products are delivered by truck to customers from the Rochester terminal.
